About the role
As a Demand Analyst, you will be supporting the profitable growth of our client's business by supporting a variety of projects within the team by reviewing processes and documents from the current red and blue Jira queues and analysing how they can be pulled together to one new process. Although there is mass administration tasks to undertake, our client owns their own template that provides quotes to customers and the results/data from this would need to be review using supporting tools. Within the team, a SharePoint platform is also utilised daily throughout the wider teams and will need to be managed and updated accordingly to updates and reviews provided by stakeholders and management teams.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their Technology & Innovation Team, please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The must haves:

• Extensive exposure within Demand Planning, Analysis and/or Management.
• Experience of Jira/Confluence queue management.
• Ability to pull processes together through harmonising different systems and processes.
• Exposure of effective stakeholder management.
• Computer proficiency on MS Office 365 packages, especially Excel and SharePoint.

• Knowledge of Clarity.
• Strong business acumen.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to make an immediate impact with a can-do attitude.
• Strong abilities to carry out administration tasks and an understanding of governance.

• A day rate, in-scope IR35, of £331.20 per day (PAYE) OR £425.00 per day (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
• This role provides a remote working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Leeds, Reading or Slough, once or twice a week.
