The role is to start immediately and will be around 9 months contract. You will be reporting directly to the senior surveyor and will be expected to be based on site 5 days a week.

The project is a large commercial build based outside Reading town centre, the site has plenty of parking and is easily accessible via the motorway.

What you will need to succeed:

• CSCS card
• Previous new build experience
• Groundworks experience
• 3 + quantity surveying experience
