Your new company
You will be working for a listed real estate company with a portfolio of high profile destinations across multiple cities. They are committed to establishing connections with investors, brands, and communities with a strong track-record of development in major European destinations. They are moving to a new West London office soon which is central to the property district and will be continuing to operate a flexible hybrid working model.

Your new role
You will be their Senior Commercial Finance Analyst, reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance and working closely with the Asset Manager. Key responsibilities will include:

• Reporting on financial performance against business plans and contributing to the asset manager’s monthly reports
• Preparing for project approvals and validating capital expenditure invoices
• Reviewing quarterly financial performance alongside other teams and being the finance contact for joint venture partners
• Scenario analysis and preparing cashflows to support strategic acquisitions

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or international equivalent) accountant with extensive experience working in the real estate sector and alongside asset managers or large project development teams. You will be highly analytical with a proven ability to deal with capex schedules. Strong Excel skills with appraisal modelling will also be required for success in this role.

What you'll get in return

Your analysis will be utilised for large scale projects and you will see your identified improvements implemented where appropriate. A day rate from £400 to £550 is the current salary range for this role.
