Recruiter: Construction Management Jobs
Document Storage Review Consultant
£400 to £44,035 per day | London | Date posted 30 Nov 2022
Your new role
My client, a prestigious London University are looking to recruit a Document Storage Review Consultant.
During Covid-19, like many higher education institutions, they moved to remote working. As part of this move, many faculties and departments started to use O365 Teams much more for document storage instead of their Windows central drive. This meant that when people have returned to the office, they have continued to use a mix of O365 and their Faculty/Department Central Drives, often ineffectively. The University now wish to move away from the current Windows Shared Drive option where appropriate, and understand the potential solutions available (e.g., O365 Teams, Sharepoint).
You will quickly assess the current usage by Faculties and Departments of their current shared storage areas as well as understand the current challenges that have regarding the current Shared drive options.
This role can be based remotely, however, they will need on-site presence for key meetings based in south-east London. The role will initially be for 4 months but could extend depending on progress.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll get in return
This is a great opportunity to secure an outside IR35 for an initial 4 month contract working for one of the top Universities in London.
