Location: Swindon (2 days a week)

I am looking for a solid Business Change Project Manager who has a background in financial Services, this is focusing predominately on organisational and people change. NOT IT.

Project Manager will work as part of a regulatory compliance programme’s core team and will be responsible for:

• Lead on the build and delivery of transformational change projects aligned to Business Priorities and Business Transformation roadmap
• Question, challenge and work with Corporate, UK business, Risk, Legal, Compliance and IT teams to ensure definition and delivery of project developments
• Use standard methodologies to produce and actively manage project plans, including systems development and testing, if required
• Actively manage project resources, costs, risks, issues, actions and dependencies
• Support all transformation activity undertaken with robust communications planning to ensure that engagement levels remain strong throughout the lifecycle of the transformation being delivered
• Facilitate regular steering committee / stakeholder updates, including fortnightly reporting and ad hoc interactions as required
• Where required, work with assigned Change Manager to ensure User Requirements/Functional Specifications etc. are agreed and signed off by relevant business and IT owners
• Work with wider business and IT teams to oversee transition to ‘business as usual’ process
• Ensure training, updates to Job Instructions and communications are delivered as necessary
• At the end of any project carry out and document lessons learned review
• Responsible for owning the requirements triage process on behalf of programme, centrally tracking requirements, logging into JIRA and a maintaining traceability matrix
• Provide necessary support to work stream leads where needed (in status reporting, implementation plans and RAID logs) and transversal/ cross workstream deliverables
• Work very closely with IT work stream lead in relation to technology change requirements
• Providing necessary support to programme manager where needed ( Preparing Steerco packs supporting material, financial tracking, centralised RAID logs, Weekly status reports consolidation,
