HAYS recruitment is looking for a HR Data Analyst to support our client with an ongoing project.

Our client is seeking a strong HR Data Analyst with effective management skills to both coordinate and undertake elements of HR's ETL activities associated with the Implementation of their new ERP system and transformation activities.

As part of the team you would be tasked with proactive coordination and support of HR data ETL activities between Stakeholders to ensure the best available data is loaded.

Role: HR Data Analyst

• 12 months contract
• 1-2 days a week on-site in Swindon
• Immediate start
• £450-500 per day inside IR35

We are looking for the following experience:

• Experience working as HR Data Analyst with strong skills in Data Management
• Extract/Transform/Load
• Oracle Fusion/ EBS
• SQL
