We are a team of around 60 working on a range of assignments, some of our projects, the primary focus of our work is to lead and deliver business change, including the implementation of new corporate systems, operating environment and organisational structures and the development of strategies and processes.

Project roles are comprehensive, covering initial project definition through to successful project delivery. Our projects employ waterfall, agile, and business process improvement techniques, and you will have the opportunity to work across a range of these.

The Project Manager will lead and manage projects and project teams on a day-to-day basis.

They will be responsible for driving and overseeing the delivery of their projects to ensure that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints.

The Project Manager has a key role in project governance and working with stakeholders, to ensure the agreed project outputs are delivered to enable benefits to be realised
