A Governing Body is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with excellent stakeholder management skills to join their team.

Your new role
You will act as the main person liaising with stakeholders during the detailed design phase. You will help translate wants and needs into actionable and testable requirements. You will be focused on ensuring the delivery of a complex project with a third party supplied to demanding timelines. As part of this role, you must be able to facilitate resolution of the many queries there will be. You will work closely with the Test Manager and testing team to ensure test scripts are accurately reflecting business requirements and help to resolve issues when they arise.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience of articulating business problems and translating into functional specifications.
• Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders across the organisation.
• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles.
