About the role
As a Network Change Management Lead, you will be supporting the profitable growth of our client's business by being responsible for shaping and driving the large transformation Project in the finance function and wider business. You will be involved in establishing the change management and communication roadmap for the Finance & Business functions in the respected area.

The must haves:
- Experience of working within an environment of change involving new systems, new processes and a culture change.
- Effective leadership and communication skills, projecting competence and credibility.
- Creativity and the ability to inspire practises and teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Computer proficiency, especially MS Office 365 packages.
Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:
- Previous change management experience in a Finance Transformation.
- Basic understanding of key financial systems and processes.
- Ability to synthesize.
- Organisational skills including planning, listening and negotiating.
- Confident and knowledgeable to make an immediate impact within the team.

- This is a 12-month contract.
- A day rate, in-scope IR35, of £700.00 per day (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
- This role provides a remote working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Hammersmith, twice a week.
