Your new role

You will be the contact point for the third party engagement Overseeing the development of ITIL process, the change champion for the embedding of SM processes in the business and ensuring there is a clear plan for the development and embedding of SM processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• NPPV3/SC Clearance required

Experienced across:

• Organisational change
• Project Manager with Service Management experience needed
• Must be ITSM Certified
• Good knowledge of a broad range of different ITSM tools required.
• Experience with transitioning projects
• Experience in implementing service management across an organisation
