Your new role
An exciting new role has arisen for a strong and competent Administrator. You will be part of an administrative team that will support HR in key areas

Key duties include:

  • Coordinate bookings for regular central induction programmes: liaise with the Executive and Leadership Team and trainers, book new starters onto the event, set up Teams site
  • Coordinate applications for further study process: collating applications, set up panel meetings, prepare cost summaries.
  • Deal with outcomes from Further Study process: prepare outcome letters and learning agreements, liaise with staff regarding training bookings and set up of purchase orders where needed.
  • Undertake all administration relating to raising purchase order, payment of invoices and tracking budget spend.

What you'll need to succeed
The following experience and competencies will be essential for this role, which include:

  • High level of planning and organisational skills
  • Able to prioritise and juggle multiple priorities
  • Diary management and Event management
  • Highly proficient with in outlook, teams and excel

What you'll get in return
This role is currently working from home, so you will have no travel costs involved. They do also have some flexible working pattern which can be discussed upon appointment.
