Your new role
This is a newly created temporary administrator job working as part of a 6 person team, in a friendly and collaborative team environment. This job will be hugely varied and you will be managing high volumes of work. Duties include but not limited to:

• Monitoring and processing of HV Claims for utilities client.
• Updating the main spreadsheet with new claims and updating with claims processed.
• Point of contact for landowners to discuss any queries with
• Processing claims from start to finish, which includes the various searches and checks, drawing up plans, raising the wayleave and processing the signed agreement once returned.
• Raising weekly report figures and issuing to utilities client

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job will need to be:

• Immediately available to start work
• Highly organised and with great coordination skills
• Happy to work at pace and multitask
• Previous admin experience (minimum 1 year)
• Excellent IT skills
• Some reporting experience

What you'll get in return
In return, you will start this job quickly

• Work as part of a friendly team and be working on a 3 month rolling contract.
• Work 30 hours per week between 8-6 Monday to Friday
• Receive an hourly of between £11/£12 (dependant on experience)
• Hybrid working
• Bury St Edmunds outskirts
• Onsite parking
