Your new company
Our client is an industry leading organisation who are passionate about their employees and their service offering, and they are seeking an Administrator within their operations team on a permanent full-time basis to join part of their busy team located in the city centre of Chester!

Your new role
As an Administrator you will work within the Operations team and hold responsibility for checking and processing tenancy agreements and documentation and liaise with multiple internal departments to keep them up to date on tenancies. This will involve processing tenancy changeovers and preparing all necessary documentation, processing changes to insurance policies and billing information, adhering to Code of Practice processes, and chasing outstanding paperwork. Furthermore, you will update tracking documentation on Excel on a daily basis, set up licensees accounts including billing information and premises information on an internal database, and manage incoming posts and provide admin support for multiple departments.

What you'll need to succeed
Due to the nature of the role, you will have experience within an administrative role and have the ability to build strong relationships across multiple internal departments, and ideally have experience of processing tenancy agreements, however this isn’t essential. You will be IT literate with the ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook including inbox management and mail merge, as well as have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Additionally, you will be enthusiastic, motivated and have strong communication skills, alongside the ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment and able to meet set deadlines. Furthermore, you will be an organised individual with a proactive approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
