Business Administrator

Your new role
- Assisting with the preparation and sending of accounts to clients
- Providing administration support including the typing of file notes, letters and other correspondence
- Answering phones and dealing with queries
- Completing all tasks in a timely manner, within agreed SLA's and dealing with urgent matters as they arise
- Making travel arrangements for employees
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Interacting with clients either on the phone, in person or via email
- Providing basic PA support / Diary management including scheduling meetings, evaluating and allocating travel time and other time allocations as necessary.
- Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
- Filing, scanning, photocopying and archiving
- Organising meetings with clients
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, Partners, colleagues and staff.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to listen to the needs of the business
- Professional telephone and personal manner.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of MS office (specifically, Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Able to demonstrate initiative.
- Good standard of general education in Maths and English.
