Business Administrator

A finance and wealth management company with offices across the northwest are looking for a remote or fully in the office administrator. They are proud to be a Top 50 company to work for and continue to grow.

Your new role
  • Assisting with the preparation and sending of accounts to clients
  • Providing administration support including the typing of file notes, letters and other correspondence
  • Answering phones and dealing with queries
  • Completing all tasks in a timely manner, within agreed SLA's and dealing with urgent matters as they arise
  • Making travel arrangements for employees
  • Keeping computer databases up to date
  • Interacting with clients either on the phone, in person or via email
  • Providing basic PA support / Diary management including scheduling meetings, evaluating and allocating travel time and other time allocations as necessary.
  • Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying and archiving
  • Organising meetings with clients


What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, Partners, colleagues and staff.
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to listen to the needs of the business
  • Professional telephone and personal manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of MS office (specifically, Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Able to demonstrate initiative.
  • Good standard of general education in Maths and English.
