Facilities Coordinator

We have a new vacancy for a Facilities Assistant to join our client in their Manchester offices in Spinningfields. The role will involve working alongside the Building Manager to provide a wide range of assistance, such as:

  • Liaising with Reception and Building Manager as to meeting room layouts for seminars, events and training etc
  • Weekly fire alarm testing and extinguisher checks
  • Assisting with security access
  • Organising deliveries to the building
  • Providing cover for the Building Manager's role when required
  • Booking contractors and overseeing work
  • Monitoring the physical condition of the premises
  • Organising office and meeting rooms


In return you'll get:

The role will be Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week, with core hours of 8am to 4pm.

Some flexibility will be required.
