Your new company
A reputable, established and successful consultancy business is expanding their team to include an extra administrator which will be office based.

Your new role
Supporting the Finance Officer you will answer incoming enquiries to the business, take detailed messages, type up documentation, book meeting rooms, organise travel and get involved in setting up events. This will be a busy and varied role and eventually you will help with some basic finance duties - no two days will be the same! If you enjoy your days whizzing by, working with a great team and making a job your own then I want to hear from you!

What you'll need to succeed

Your communication skills need to be first class as you will deal with people on all levels, your attention to detail (because of the nature of the business) will be one of your main strengths. You will have experience of working in an administration role and have a positive attitude to learning new skills. If you have worked on Xero that will be advantageous but not essential.
