The company you will be joining is a manufacturing and distribution company in Preston who were established in the early 1800's. They are known for their quality and service and will continue to grow in the UK market. You will be apart of the HB Contracts team.

Your new role
You will be responsible for
  • Processing of Orders
  • Processing Jobs
  • Ensuring the plans and allocations of floor installation are correct
  • Working with CAD
  • Quantifying materials and costs
  • The FIT run
  • Dealing with customer queries and managing customer account
  • Ordering stock
  • Supporting the HB contracts team
  • Liaising with suppliers and builders
  • Data entry
  • General administration duties


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you need to have:
  • Administration experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Hunger to learn and develop
  • Ability to deal with customer queries and provide solutions
  • Punctual
  • Team worker
  • High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive IT skills. Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Strong organisational skills with a systematic approach to problem solving
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise, plan and organise
    day to day activities ensuring that deadlines and objectives are achieved
  • Organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi task within a
    demanding office environment
  • Good interpersonal skills, confident and professional telephone manner
