Your new company
Hays Office Support are currently working with a professional service organisation based in York. Due to growth this organisation is looking to recruit for an additional administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Within this role you will be writing letters and emails to clients, handling invoicing and billing. You will book travel and accommodation when required and assist with diary management.
You will complete citation reporting and document and file management. You will also assist with the post and catering arrangements for internal and external meetings as required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be an experienced administrator. Experience of working within a professional services environment would be beneficial (eg: Legal, Financial Services) however this is not essential. You will be capable of managing deadlines and prioritising your workload. You will have a high standard of attention to detail and be able to work well as part of a team.
What you'll get in return
In return this role is being offered as full time. The working hours are Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30.
