Assistant to Outsourcing/Accounts Manager job opportunity based in Hitchin, Herts

A huge opportunity within a growing and exciting practice. Currently a team of 8 within the outsourcing department, looking to grow in anticipation of gaining further clients.

Experience managing a portfolio of clients, including regular communication is desirable.

Experience managing and training team members is preferable.

The role is flexible based on the skills and desires of the candidate, as well as those of other existing team members. Anticipated opportunities will include assisting with a portfolio of clients for their bookkeeping, VAT, CIS and Accounts/Tax needs, training/demos with new and existing clients, managing areas of the teams workflow, and being responsible for changes to processes and projects for improved efficiencies.
