The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing CRM initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The CRM Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all customer interactions are consistent and effective.
Your new role
- Implement and develop CRM strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop customer-centric strategies that align with business goals.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and patterns that can be used to improve the company's overall customer service and marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve data quality and update where required.
- Run data selection reports when requested.
- Send weekly Customer Creation reports to the management teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM management.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, database management, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stay organised and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
