Your new role
The Customer Service Lead provides the team with information about the company's main objectives as well as the tasks and responsibilities within customer service. The jobholder takes over planning and organizational tasks to ensure the best possible performance of the team and thus to offer the highest level of service to the customers (internal/external).
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a leadership position
- Professional experience in Customer Service/Operations or an interface department.
- Competent with use of MS Office
- Time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experience working within a Sales capacity with previous knowledge of handling quotes. (desirable)
