We are looking to recruit highly skilled, qualified, hardworking, and enthusiastic Class Teachers interested in working a permanent teaching job who specialise in SEND.

• You will be a class teacher or SENDCo passionate about improving the outcomes for YP.
• You are enthusiastic about working with small groups or individuals with complex needs.
• You wish to have an impact working with small groups or individuals delivering a bespoke curriculum.
• You want to make a difference in the lives of our YP.
• You enjoy working with a YP focussed team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Hold QTS
• Experience of working with YP with SEND and/or Autism and Social Communication & Interaction Difficulties
• Have knowledge and understanding of the autistic profile of need.
• Have good organisational and time management skills.
• An effective English communicator both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have up to date IT skills

You will also need to undergo our Hays compliance which include satisfactory DfE references and a full DBS.
