Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our growing company in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that all customers receive outstanding service.

key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and training as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze customer feedback and take appropriate action to improve the customer experience
• Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in accordance with company standards
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a customer service team leader or supervisor
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience with customer service software and tools
• Understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
