Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our growing company in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that all customers receive outstanding service.
key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and training as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze customer feedback and take appropriate action to improve the customer experience
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in accordance with company standards
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Proven experience as a customer service team leader or supervisor
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with customer service software and tools
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
