Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

A leading global diagnostic company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team in Southampton. Their main focus is to help protect public health from the world's invisible threat of infectious diseases.

Your new role

• Responsible for document management systems Identify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standards
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities Investigate non-conformance issues
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
• Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Support on-site audits conducted by external providers
• Monitor and support change control activities
• Monitor risk management activities
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
• Assist the business to attain and support any Quality management system in place
• Perform internal audits and supplier audits as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge of GMP and GDocP
• Experience of documentation control, change control, NC investigation and CAPA
• Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
