My client is a global electronics manufacturer and a leader within their field, operating in over 30 countries. They are seeking to recruit a HR Officer on a permanent basis to join their HR team on their site in South Manchester. They operate a hybrid working structure and a competitive benefits package including an annual bonus.
Your new role In your new role as a HR officer, you will provide an accurate and timely HR support service to the UK business covering all aspects of the HR lifecycle including payroll. This role will be a true generalist HR role and will cover duties including responding to Hr related queries and escalating where necessary, employee lifecycle, manage the HR/Payroll system, prepare the monthly payroll, data reporting, reward and benefits coordination and HR project work. The successful candidate will be dedicated, driven and proactive and have previous experience working in a dedicated HR role.
