Your new company
This company, with their office located in Ullenhall, are in the real estate development sector and are a multifaceted business who set out to build quality homes to suit the clients requirements in their location, either in the UK or abroad, build facilities in the residential health care and development sector, and create a molecular curated material for more sustainable quality of roadways and infrastructure globally.

Your new role
You will be supporting a small team of employees with administration and facilities management responsibilities. You will also be working the frontline, looking after all after-sales with customers and general customer care. On the facilities management side, you will have regular communication with the contractors and arrange all building upkeep within the office.

The role is very diverse, and you will also have the opportunity to work closely with marketing, to implement and suggest new ideas and support with the administration alongside this.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have proven experience in general office administration, and have extensive experience in customer experience, and facilities. This is the perfect role for someone flexible, dedicated and capable of taking initiative.
