Architectural Technologist

A small boutique architectural practice based in a rural area close to Uxbridge are seeking an Architectural Technologist to complement their team.
They are a well-established studio, with a long track-record of designing bespoke dream-homes in the South East of England. They are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician or Technologist, with ambition, drive and a desire to work on high-spec but extremely rewarding projects. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, enjoy working collaboratively, with a strong technical ability and building regulations knowledge that will complement and develop the studio's technical offering on a construction level.
Training and development is also offered, and those keen on furthering their skills and knowledge, or wanting greater exposure to the design and construction process, or to work more closely with clients and outside consultants, are certainly encouraged to apply. The salary offered is a competitive 30-34k (dependant on experience).
Due to the studio's location, candidates living in reasonable proximity to Uxbridge are encouraged to apply (for instance West London, Berks and Bucks). The studio can be reached by train (Chiltern) or by car, with ample parking at the studio.
