We are excited to be working with a market leading organisation who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor within their Abingdon office. The role is a 1-year FTC which offers hybrid working.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR you will provide expert and commercially focussed HR advice to managers across the business which may cover people management and organisational change matters. You will also be responsible for supporting and leading key people projects and initiatives and developing junior members of the HR team.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking to speak to HR Advisors who are highly experienced in ER within a fast-paced environment, you will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to demonstrate provision of advice on complex HR issues.
