Hays are excited to represent a growing, ambitious, forward thinking, commercial organisation, who are a leader in their field and are seeking a permanent HR Advisor. A Part-Time HR Advisor will also be considered.

Your new role
As a permanent HR Advisor, you will be part of a small, busy, ambitious HR team, this is a true generalist, varied HR Advisor role, a role where you can really make a difference by simplifying processes, saving time and adding value.
Responsibilities:
Provide advise and guidance on all HR policies and procedures, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, maternity, paternity and flexible working.
Develop and deliver HR workshops that will inspire and upskill line managers.
Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to off-boarding

HR Project work will include:
Supporting with the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and well-being initiatives, reviewing and streamlining HR policies and procedures, supporting with the review of compensation and benefits.

This role will suit someone who enjoys a hands-on operational role but also enjoys HR project work to and is driven by working in a pro-active way and has ideas and suggestions on how you can streamline and improve processes and add value.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Advisor, within a fast-paced commercial organisation and must have managed ER cases from end-end. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
