You'll be working for a totally unique organisation in South Wales. This organisation offers a busy 24/7 operation where no two days are the same. Based in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan you'll be working on a hybrid basis (2 days home and 3 days on site)

Your new role
As HR Advisor, you'll be supporting the HR Manager with all operational HR duties including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and performance management.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a busy role and you'll need to be a confident HR Advisor, able to jump straight in with minimal supervision. You'll need to be an excellent communicator, able to show empathy and support as well as providing advice to the managers. You'll need to hold a CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.

You'll be able to join the team quickly and hit the ground running. Based in the Vale of Glamorgan, free parking is available for staff. We are open to candidates looking for temporary/ contract work as well as a permanent opportunity. FTE salary £30-35K depending on experience.
