My client is a leading UK engineering company with various locations across the country, including Hampshire and London sites in the south of England.
Your new role
As an Internal Recruiter, you will report to a vastly experienced and supportive Head of Recruitment. Working collaboratively, you will both search for candidates for a broad variety of roles across 3 x companies within a large, high-performing division (700-800 employees).
Working hours are 40 / week, Monday-Friday with flexibility between 7.30am-6pm to suit you and the business. This role must be flexible to business requirements, but offers hybrid working: 2-3 days remote vs 2-3 days in the Southampton office or travel to a couple of London sites (mileage can be claimed). Other weeks you may not be required to travel at all.
What you'll need to succeed
My client is willing to be flexible around the level of experience, whether you are an aspiring agency / internal recruiter who is keen to develop, or you are a more experienced recruitment / talent acquisition professional looking for your next move who has 'been there, seen it, done it'. Knowledge of Eploy (ATS) will be a huge advantage too.
Experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, rail or aviation sectors is preferred and will be advantageous, but other industries will be considered. This position will recruit a wide variety of roles (mainly white collar) including: project / contract managers, site engineers, estimators, quantity surveyors etc, but also positions in central / back office teams at different levels too.
This is a varied, interesting opportunity that will suit someone who is proactive and likes to be busy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where you are happy to actively source the best candidates through a variety of methods in addition to utilising Eploy - LinkedIn, Boolean searches, career fairs etc.

You will receive a market-led salary between £30,000-£40,000 (DOE), plus a company car / car allowance (£6,000 / annum minimum and a fuel card), 25 days holiday +BH's, free onsite parking, sickness scheme, pension matched between 4%-7%, 2 x Life Insurance and a bonus (based on company performance).
