Your new role
We are seeking an experience Data & IT Manager to oversee the systems for a primary care clinic based in Reading. You will be required to deliver proactive and fully comprehensive data collation, analysis and reporting to optimise practice income and to also provide clinicians and management with necessary data. Your role will also include supporting a junior assistant.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have experience working in a healthcare setting, specifically in a primary care or general practice environment. To succeed in this position you must have the ability to generate reports, analysis and presenting data in a meaningful way. You must have skills in manipulating data, such as using tolls like Microsoft Excel to perform Data analysis and reporting. You must ideally be able to provide basic technical support to users who encounter issues. You must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide guidance and support to junior staff members. Having familiarity with EMIS would be an advantage.
