You will be working for one of the leading names in Lancashire when it comes to the construction industry.

They have Construction, Maintenance, Joinery and Electrical divisions, and work across the education, commercial, healthcare, sports & leisure and industrial sectors.

They have a group turnover of over £70m, and have worked closely with Hays for nearly 20 years.

Your new role
As Assistant Estimator you will join a busy commercial department and work alongside the existing estimator to help price & bid for projects within the north west using conquest estimating software.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked within a UK construction business previously in a commercial role, such as quantity surveying, estimating or buying previously, and have a desire to progress as an estimator.

It would be an advantage if you had used Conquest (or causeway) estimating software previously.

What you'll get in return
You will be paid a salary up to £40k + package, depending on experience, as well as competitive holidays and company benefits scheme
