Your new company
You will be working for a large Housing Association in Birmingham supporting one of their most senior Directors. You will be based 4 days on site with 1 day working from home.

Your new role
Within this PA role you will be responsible with robust diary management, minute taking, prepare agendas and board notes, report and presentation review and will require excellent time management and time keeping.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you MUST have previous experience of acting as PA to a Senior Director/Executive Director - your CV will not be processed without this explicit experience and clear previous duties. You MUST be an incredible, strong willed and determined PA who enjoys taking direction and completing the tasks at hand with minimal supervision and within a timely manner. This Director is incredibly busy with high standards. Interview will be on site to ensure the right connection and working relationship. Experience of working for a Director within HR, Legal, Health and Safety, People is preferred but not essential. You must be able to start the role immediately.

What you'll get in return
You will have the option to start the role on a straight temporary to permanent assignment or 6 month FTC with the view to being offered a permanent contract after that time. You will receive an annual salary equivalent of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience. You have the ability to start this role ASAP.
