Your new role
You’ll new role as Senior HR Advisor will support 2 of the group’s sites. You’ll be based in Sheffield with travel to their site in Manchester required 1-2 times a week. Your role will be to support the wider HR team and HR Manager on all generalist matters. You’ll provide advice and guidance on best practice and company policies whilst working closely with management to embed the culture and values. You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects and implement HR strategies as well as develop and update policies and procedures.

• Deal with employee relations matters
• End to end recruitment process.
• Coaching and supporting line managers
• Compiling reports on key HR matters for management
• Involvement in projects and HR strategies
• Develop and update policies & procedures in line with employment law

What you'll need to succeed
You should have experience working at HR Advisor level and be used to working in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate should be CIPD level 5 qualified or be willing to study which would be supported by the company. Agility and the ability to be resourceful will be needed. You will need to be able to travel at least once a week to the sister site in Manchester.
