Your new company and role

This is a client-facing role working directly with brands and agency partners. You will also work with the clients
digital delivery team taking full responsibility for client projects, ranging from digital media schedules to
web builds and social projects. The agency works in collaboration with some of the
world’s largest ATL advertising agencies, brands, start-ups, Government and Educational establishments.to
deliver their creative campaigns through all digital channels.

Reporting to the MD, working hybrid from home and their offices in Bedfordshire (also, occasionally
attending client meetings elsewhere). Definitely a team player you will be keen to take on a project and run
with it, happy in the knowledge that you are well supported and that your colleagues are there to step in
should you need to check the details or develop your skills and experience.

What you'll need to succeed

• Good understanding of web development
• Agency background
• You will have total responsibility for a number of clients
• A good project manager with a logical and thorough approach
• Keen to develop client relationships
• Capable of holding your own in a debate and steering clients to your recommended solution
• Experienced enough to dissect a brief and see the best solution
• Write the SOW when comfortable with the task, seek support when it's needed
• Financially aware and comfortable to cost jobs and develop quotes (with guidance from the wider team)
• Keen to run an efficient "desk" and interested in developing tight systems and processes
• Interested in developing the wider business
• Happy to go the extra mile and put in the hours should that be required
