Is a growing consultancy in London who are looking to hit 200+ in headcount within the next 2 years. They have are a young team with a strong project flow and a great workplace culture. They are well known structural consultants but are now investing more in their civil team in order to build up the business further.

Your new role
Is as a Civil Design Engineer involving working on a number of diverse and challenging projects and will help to deliver innovative design solutions across a broad range of clients in different sectors. You will also help to build up a team by helping with the development of Graduates. You will also be supported towards Chartership on a dedicated programme.

What you'll need to succeed
You will currently be a Civil Design Engineer with at least 2 years experience in a consultancy setting with the relevant engineering qualifications and experience across a number of engineering projects including below ground drainage experience. Must be able to maintain and enforce systems and procedures and take responsibility for running projects and overseeing junior staff. Must have excellent understanding of a number of design software including Civil 3D.
