Your new company
You will be working for an established Lancashire Main Contractor who were founded over 30 years ago, and specialise in delivering practical construction solutions across Industrial, Commercial, Leisure, Retail, Residential & Hospitality schemes.

The pride themselves on high quality product delivery and are passionate about developing their workforce whilst providing their clients with the best possible service.

They have a large range of ongoing developments which are both private and public sector and work closely with repeat clients and local authorities.

Some of their clients include Thwaites, Boohoo, Centaur, Reel Cinemas, Hippo and Accrol Papers.

Your new role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working closely with the Managing QS, and sitting within an experienced commercial team, to offer commercial expertise on a range of projects.

You will be responsible for Valuations, Variations, Take-Offs, CVRs, Sub-contractor payments / accounts, re-measures and also final accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to present a CV which details relevant experience within the Construction industry, working to UK specifications - and ideally have a knowledge of the North West construction market / sub-contractors.

Ideally you will have a Quantity Surveying degree, however, candidates who are have relevant QS experience will also be considered

What you'll get in return
You will be paid a salary ranging from £35,000 - £50,000 plus package. The Salary range looks broad, however, its all depending on experience and expectations. They would like to speak to Quantity Surveyors at any level.
