Event Coordinator Lead

Your new role
You will create a memorable and lasting experience by delivering exemplary customer service to the building users. Using your unique personality and excellent organisation skills to deliver an exceptional service and bring our brand to life for the client.
Be the face of the FM team to the end user ensuring a seamless end user experience, be a one-stop-shop for all needs and requirements (Connecting into IT, liaising with Cleaning, Security & Catering if required)
Meeting and Greeting visitors to site ensuring they know where they are going and what facilities are available to them on the day (also sending out site packs ahead of visits to ensure all relevant information is received up front)
Make sure our customers are wowed by the spectacular experience the Bristol Harbourside office has to offer
Mange the Workplace Experience Team on site ensuring all duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner and that you are coaching the team to continually look for opportunities to excel
Support site inductions and wayfinding for new user/visitors to site
Liaise with LBG site users at your given place of work,
Ensure that meeting rooms are prepared according to booking specification, managing WECs to support and deliver duties on site with regards to collaboration/office space for a range of uses, including setting out, removal and storage of furniture and equipment, All of this in accordance with health and safety and manual handling procedures as per training provided.
Mobilisation of a Workplace Hub; a one stop shop location merging all service lines
Drive service improvements locally into the FM service lines –such as Cleaning, Security and Front of House
Ensure service line teams are presentable and are demonstrating the values every day
Development and execution of a local calendar of events, using third party organisations and service lines to enhance colleague experience. Liaise with the clients Workplace Adoption Team and on site Workplace Adoption Squad to ensure you are aware of all upcoming national and local events
Line management of Workplace Experience Coordinators and Building Support personnel on site
Liaising closely with the LBG Adoption team to ensure alignment of colleague expectations and interests of new events for future deployment
Complete colleague experience service aligned audits and drive change into the service organisation to ensure a seamless one-stop-shop for all colleague needs and requirements (Connecting in to IT, liaising with Cleaning, Security& Catering if required)
Manage provision of local reporting on the effectiveness of events and the Workplace Hub at a local level
Be a champion for diversity and inclusion on site
Work with Graphic design team to develop engaging and compelling marketing material to drive engagement and participation in site events
What you'll need to succeed
Meeting and greeting of visitors to site and helping ensure their experience of the building is seamless
Managing events calendar and delivering an engaging program of events throughout the year to recognise national, international and local days/celebrations. Also responsible for sourcing local social enterprise events
Management of the Workplace Hub (DSE store, IT first Fix, Stationary)
Supporting site inductions and wayfinding for new user/visitors to site
Manage First aid kits in communal areas First Aid, Mental Health
First Aider and Fire Warden Trained (training will be provided)
Management of service technology & data – engaging with CSM's to drive service delivery changes
Management of shared spaces and publicly accessible areas
Management of social enterprise relationship and engagement with community
