This company has long been providing a nationwide network of local Valuers, Chartered Surveyors, Building Surveyors and Consultants serving the whole of the UK. Their aim has been to provide detailed appraisal, valuations and building surveyors to help business operators, investors, and developers in making informed decisions.

Your new role
As Chartered Quantity/Project Development Monitoring Surveyor you will be specifically experienced in Project Monitoring for Lending Institutions and/or Investment Funds. The role is autonomous and will be client facing and developing.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be MRICS chartered and have 2+ yrs PQE experience of Project Development Monitoring.
