Your new company
I am engaged on an exclusive project to recruit a Mid-Level .Net Developer for an award-winning international business based in Poole, 2 minutes from the beach and on direct train routes to London. This role can be worked in the office, or UK Remote (but you will need to be able to travel to the office 1 day a month).

You’ll be working to modernise an enterprise ERP/Ecommerce platform which reaches hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.

Your new role
This is a unique opportunity on the South Coast. A predominantly hands-on role looking at spearheading the development of applications and following software best practice/design patterns, on a clear progression path through Senior, Lead and Architect to become one of the go-to members of the team. If you have a few years commercial experience and want to move onto sizeable challenging projects this could be perfect.

The team have been tasked with taking a monolithic system and moving it to .Net MVC, now further modernising to .Net Core / Cloud technologies. The right person will be interested in working on a long term pipeline of work for a singular global client.

The internal culture is welcoming, inclusive and genuinely talked about in the local area. They've really retained a family feel despite being part of a much larger group due to acquisition. Working here provides the excitement of a scale-up but with the absolute financial security of a billion-pound organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for 3+ years’ experience working with C# .Net Web technologies, (MVC, Web Api, Rest API) supported by JavaScript/Typescript and SQL Server.

Ideally you’ll bring .Net Core experience along with Azure DevOps, MV* frameworks and a support of Agile/Scrum.

Working specifically within large scale Ecommerce or for a Manufacturing business will be advantageous.

What you'll get in return
You’ll work for a technology focused company where work life balance is not an abstract concept and no two days are the same – plus half day Friday’s!

There’s the opportunity for international travel (optional) and to interlink with teams in the US and Central Europe, plus regular social/virtual events. The office feel is relaxed and all the kit and facilities are new and to the highest standards. More corporate benefits include private healthcare, 7% company pension, plus 25 days annual leave rising to 30 with length of service

What you need to do now
At Hays Technology, we are shaping the future of recruitment. The rapid adoption of cloud, which is making customer interfaces more engaging and creating a seamless engagement with businesses, means that from the foundation of your organisation up, software developers are critical to success. As the competition for talent grows, we’re ready and waiting to help developers really make an impact on organisations, so talk to us today. We are Hays Technology.
