Are you an experienced Project Accountant looking to join a values-based organisation that is inclusive and progressive? Our client, a leading Property Management company based in North Wales, is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a permanent role as a Project Accountant.

Your new role
As the Project Accountant, you will be responsible for providing financial support to projects across the business, ensuring that business cases, project briefs and grant bids are robust and aligned with the company’s financial objectives. You will also work to improve managers’ understanding of financial elements of business cases and ensure appropriate processes for managing and monitoring project finances are in place.

What you'll need to succeed

• AAT Qualified or actively working towards CIMA/ACCA
• Intermediate level on MS Excel
• Strong experience in financial analysis
• Systems savvy
