Our client are a market leader in the construction industry and they are looking for a HR Advisor to join their supportive and collaborative HR Team.
Your new role
As a HR Advisor you will partner with Operational Leaders across the business, reporting into the HR Manager with duties including:
This is a full time permanent role working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday with hybrid working options – 2/3 days a week on-site.
What you'll need to succeed
For this position the client are looking for experienced HR Advisors who have a good generalist background with strong employee relations experience. A CIPD qualification and experience working in Unionised environments is preferable. You will ideally have previously worked in a construction, manufacturing, logistics or similar industries and be used to working in a fast paced environment and be resilient with transparency, ambiguity, and change.
You will be an excellent relationship builder and be experienced in coaching, guiding and upskilling people leaders. Systems wise any experience with Workday would be desired along with a good level of IT literacy.

- Coach and upskill leaders on People Management processes
- Develop and utilize HR knowledge to execute workforce plans
