Your new role
- Provide a wide a range of advice on HR and ER matters, liaising with the Senior HRBP to resolve specialised issues
- Engage with employee relations in a positive and proactive manner
- Attend local negotiation meetings
- Support on aspects such as design of change programmes
- Provide policy advice to managers
- Develop a knowledge of service area
- Work with colleagues to develop training and briefing sessions
- Lead on HR projects/ contribute to policy development
- Represent HR at working groups
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a generalist HR position
- Up to date employment law knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- CIPD membership
- Confident presentation skills
- Experience in dealing with trade unions and employee representatives

- 36 days annual leave rising to 41 after 5 years’ service
- Currently home working moving to Hybrid working ( potentially 2 days in office)
