We are recruiting for a IT Service Delivery Manager overseeing a small team (1st, 2nd and 3rd line) for our client based in North Yorkshire you will be working hybrid with 2 days per week on site. A rate of from circa £375 per day inside IR35 on a 3 – 6 month contract.

What you will be working on:
My client has gone through significant growth and has some challenges around support and networking, you will be doing the following:

• Manage the small IT Service Desk Team, ensuring SLAs are achieved.
• Management reporting and Incident escalation.
• Provide support to the IT Service Desk Team, improving productivity
• Ensure relevant procedures are accurately documented and meet ITIL best practice.
• Reduction of recurrent issues through proactive support and root cause analysis.
• Plan and implement security best practices in line with company procedures.
• Act as an escalation point for Service Desk incident management.
