Hays Construction & Property is working in partnership with one of the countries leading Facilities Management companies to identify an experienced, highly skilled and qualified Maintenance Electrician/Multi Trader.
Having recently taken on additional contracts they need to expand their maintenance team within the South London area. You must be friendly, motivated, reliable and a hard-working individual, with a proven track record of working on similar projects within a similar industry sector.
Requirements of this job position are as follows:
You will have extensive knowledge, experience and qualifications in Electrical maintenance. You must also have a full clean UK driving licence.
Electrician will complete reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance across Domestic area's in the South London region.
If you are a skilled and experienced Electrician with the ability and qualifications to complete all aspects of commercial reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance and you have a full valid UK driving licence then do not hesitate to apply to this role. - Electrically skilled (qualifications needed)
- 5 days a week 8am-5pm
- Able to test AOV’s on a weekly basis.
- Experienced over 10 years in testing emergency lighting and AOV’s
- Organisation skills
- Able to fault find and diagnose issues regarding Emergency lighting and AOV’s
- After 3 months you will be added to a call out rota 4-5 times a year (1 week on call at a time)
- Requires tools for testing and installing work.
- Able to comply with technology (phones, computer) when reporting issues (work reports)
