Hays are excited to represent an established Public Sector organisation in Luton, who are seeking a Recruitment Manager /Talent Acquisition Specialist-6 Month FTC, to lead and manage a large scale recruitment campaign.

Your new role
As a Recruitment Manager / Talent Acquisition Specialist-6 Month FTC, you will report to the HR Director and will be responsible for project managing a large scale recruitment campaign.
Duties will include:

• Identifying how to attract and how to go to market for a large scale recruitment campaign, you must be social media savvy.
• You will be responsible for producing attractive advertising campaigns and managing the end-end recruitment and selection cycle, advertising, screening CV's, arranging interviews and interviewing.
• You will be responsible for contributing to the strategy, for a large scale on-boarding process.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Manager or Talent Acquisition Specialist who has project managed large scale recruitment campaigns and has a creative approach to recruitment and enjoys both the hands on operational and strategic involvement in recruitment.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Recruitment Manager or Talent Acquisition Specialist who has project managed large scale recruitment campaigns. Experience of recruiting for white collar workers into the Public Sector would be highly advantageous.
