Your new role
This FP&A Manager role is initially being offered on a 12 month (maternity cover) contract basis). In this FP&A Manager role you will primarily take responsibility for client maintenance including review of roles and rates, review and analysis of agency timesheets, producing client profitability and KPI reports (Tableau/Power BI), as well as finding more efficient ways to analyse and present data.

What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit someone with a data driven and analytical mindset. You'll have fantastic attention to detail and enjoy digging into data. The successful candidate will be ambitious, articulate and personable, with proven experience in a similar role. Ideally you will have had some exposure to managing/supervising a small team, although for the right person this can be taught. You will need strong Excel skills (intermediate level as a minimum, inclusive of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and previous experience using Tableau and/or Power BI is highly advantageous.
