This position is newly created and offers you the chance to make the role your own. As Talent Development Partner you will establish and lead on various People Development initiatives.

Your new role

• Assess employee development needs.
• Own and manage the Company Personal Development Plans process.
• Work with line managers to help them design career paths for their teams.
• Manage succession planning and identify high potential individuals.
• Manage induction and onboarding.
• Prepare and update the Company training matrix.
• Organise internal, external and mandatory training.
• Propose and facilitate leadership development programmes.
• Manage the graduate, trainee and apprenticeship programmes.
• Prepare of management reports including KPIs to measure the effectiveness of development programmes.
• Participate in other HR projects and initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• A proven track record in a talent development
• Experience in driving development initiatives and succession planning
• Experience in managing performance reviews and development plans
• Experience in identifying, organising training and evaluating courses
• Experience in working in Engineering or technology is highly desirable
• Ability to analyse data and present HR metrics
