I am currently recruiting for a Junior IT Project Manager to join a successful organisation based in Stratford upon Avon. The Junior IT Project Manager will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative, DevOps team that is moving towards a fully-fledged DevOps culture; with processes and tooling to drive efficiencies and innovation.

The Junior IT Project Manager will have knowledge of Azure DevOps (task management/boards etc); be able to communicate confidently and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels – allowing you to understand their goals and issues; effectively plan and deliver supporting activities within a large change program.

It is essential that the Junior IT Project Manager has experience in requirements analysis, refinement, documentation and traceability thought the project lifecycle; Scope and change management tracking, reporting and stakeholder negotiation; Provable track record in leading a project, from conception to delivery; Strong working knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello); PMP / Prince2/APM certification; Excellent documentation and written communication skills.
